5Rhythms is a movement practise for all – whether you are an experienced dancer used to choreography, or you prefer to freestyle in your kitchen. You will be guided through the 5 Rhythms which encourage different ways to move, freeing up our set patterns. The music is eclectic and encourages new dances that may be hidden and bursting to be seen. This class offers a way to come
closer to ourselves as we become more aware and feel more confident and empowered.
