Perfect Circle Youth Theatre have run theatre projects for children and young people in Malvern since 2006. Famous American soprano Roxanne Coss travels to South American to perform a private concert for rich Japanese industrialist, Katsumi Hosokawa. But now she’s in the middle of a hostage crisis that could spell devastation for both Roxanne and her captors.
