- Membership lasts for 12 months. You will receive a membership renewal letter before your membership expires, unless you have signed up for Direct Debit, in which case your membership will automatically renew and your account debited.
- Cost of membership may be subject to increase. Where a membership has been purchased by Direct Debit, the member will be informed of the price increase in advance of payment collection.
- Not all performances at Malvern Theatres are eligible for a membership discount, check online at malvern-theatres.co.uk or call the Box Office on 01684 892277 to find out more.
- Members (excluding Standby Members) will be exempt from Malvern Theatres booking and admin fees. For Standby members a 12% booking fee will be charged on tickets.
- Members tickets can be booked in person, online or over the telephone and can be posted or held at the box office for collection. A postage fee may apply. eTickets are available when booking online.
- Silver, Silver Plus, Gold, Gold Plus and Platinum members are entitled to 2 free cinema tickets per film. This excludes live and pre-recorded broadcasts and event cinema.
- Gold, Gold Plus and Platinum members will be entitled to free programmes. Occasionally exclusions may apply, specifically souvenir brochures and other merchandise.
- You agree to advise us of any change to the Members details provided.
- The cost of the membership is non-refundable. We do not offer pro-rata refunds.
- Membership discounts can be applied to performances beyond the expiry date but must be booked whilst the membership is valid.
- Membership allocation lasts for a year from the date of purchase.
