About Malvern Theatres Young Company
Malvern Theatres Young Company was established in 2012 and aims to create a unique opportunity for talented performers to experience life in a theatre.
Working with a full professional team, including directors, choreographers, costume, set and lighting designers, Malvern Theatres Young Company allows young people the chance to be involved in a professionally staged theatre production; empowering them to take their first steps into this exciting career.
Malvern Theatres is committed to training the next generation of theatre professionals and is dedicated to ensuring that all young people can participate in high quality arts training.
75% of Malvern Theatres Young Company members go on to full time study or work within the arts sector. Our alumni can be found across the industry, from backstage and production, to starring roles and event teaching; all making a significant impact on the future of theatre.
Young Company Work Experience
We will be offering a limited number of placements in Summer 2026 as part of our Young Company projects. Opportunities will be available in the following areas: Technical, Stage Management, Production and Costume.
