Lost Property

Malvern Theatres operates a Lost Property Policy whereby all non-perishable items will be held for 30 days from the date found onsite. Customers seeking a lost item should make contact with the Box Office on 01684 892277.

Should a customer make contact to claim an item of lost property and arrange its collection with us, they should be aware that the item will then be held for 7 days from the date contact was made. The item will be disposed of after this 7 day period if not collected. Proof of ID may be required. 

For sanitary reasons, Malvern Theatres reserves the right to immediately dispose of perishable items including food items, water bottles, lunch and snack boxes. 

Malvern Theatres is committed to reducing waste and makes every effort to send unclaimed items to charity, where possible.
