Inclusive Dance Class for 18 Years +

An accessible weekly dance class where learning-disabled and any enthusiastic dancers are welcome! Using a range of different music, each session starts with warm-up exercises to get you moving, then you’ll learn new dance skills and be creative together using movement and imagination.
