LOVE WORKS IN MYSTERIOUS WAYS tells the story of ELLIOTT and NORA who meet at school. Having made somewhat of a friendship and intense dislike for each other. Both being quite strong characters they share the same dream. To leave this school and go and do something with their lives. ELLIOTT wanting to travel the world. NORA dreams of being an actress on the stage. But ELLIOTT says something that could cost their friendship. Now hating each other they spend the last few days of school not talking. But 2 years later they find themselves at a bar one night and exchange numbers. Years go by and they haven’t texted. Both are a little scared, until ELLIOTT finally builds up the courage. Hoping to fix their friendship and potentially something more. But ELLIOTT’s shyness and NORA’s insecurities struggle to let go of the past. The two eventually agree to meet. Neither have spoken of the past… until now.
