Jalaluddin Rumi (1207-1273) and Hafiz (1320-1390) are two great Sufi masters whose translations in recent years have taken the Western world by storm. Indeed, Rumi once said that his work would come back ‘when it was most needed.’ Playful and profound, they both have the capacity to bring the heart into a place of peace, hope and joy for these troubled times.
