Charity Raffle Requests

Where possible, we try to support community and fundraising events by offering raffle prizes. We ask for a minimum eight weeks’ notice for raffle prize requests.

To request a raffle prize, please email customerservice@malvern-theatres.co.uk and provide the below information.

Event details to include name, date, location, and type of event you are holding i.e. summer fete

Please state which charity you are raising funds for and provide supporting documents such as authorisation letter from the charity/organisation you are fundraising on behalf of.

Contact Details to include Full Name, Postal address, Email address and Telephone number

If you are writing on behalf of an organisation, please provide the name of the organisation and the name and email address of the organisation lead i.e. Head Teacher, Scout Leader etc.
