Malvern Theatres is a working theatre with excellent access to the latest equipment. The Main Foyer, Café, Circle Bar area and Forum Theatre are all equipped with wireless broadband access and complement our multiple spaces available for hire for your conferencing and exhibiting needs.

The Forum Theatre is our largest conference space with room for up to 800 delegates theatre-style, or 350 delegates on banqueting rounds. The Forum Theatre accommodates exhibition-style events with space for up to 40 exhibitor stands with ample room for visitors to navigate around the exhibit.

The Main Foyer (18m by 9m) is an open-plan area that can be used as a central catering point for your conference or as an exhibition space for up to 10 exhibition stands.

Malvern Cinema includes a stage area measuring 10m by 3m and accommodates up to 161 delegates theatre-style in the stalls making this an ideal location for presentations and seminars.

Studio One versatile and multifunctional, Studio One has raked seating that can accommodate up to 58. This capacity can be extended up to 100 depending on the nature of the event.

Circle Bar (17m by 9m) can accommodate up to 100 delegates theatre-style and is an ideal space for breakout sessions (4 groups of 10 per group, typically) for conferences.

The Hospitality Suite, accommodating up to 20 individuals, is a comfortable space that could be occupied by event organisers and staff as an office or hub
